What You'll Do Process and track equipment and parts returns to vendors and distributors Manage warranty claims from start to finish, including documentation and follow-up with manufacturers Handle inventory and purchasing - maintain stock levels, order materials, and keep the warehouse organized and accurate Schedule & Pay Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM $20 per hour to start, with room to grow On-site at our warehouse location What We're Looking For Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with computers and inventory tracking Able to communicate with vendors, technicians, and office staff Prior warehouse, parts, or purchasing experience a plus Bilingual Russian/English a plus Able to lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive, team-oriented environment Full-time, stable position Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: ServiceTitan: 1 year (Preferred) HVAC/Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
