Stone Specialist – Inside Sales

Compensation $44,000 – $120,000 per year (base + commissions) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Stone Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Stone Mall. This role focuses on building new client relationships, managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, and supporting long-term customer growth within the stone industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Generate new business through proactive outbound and inbound sales efforts Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, designers, and retail clients. Qualify leads and assess customer needs to recommend tailored product solutions. Present pricing, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms while protecting margins Track customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales performance using Stone Profit Systems. Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Deliver a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
