Recruiting will be achieved through development of recruiting plans, employing transitional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This position will play a critical role in ensuring that the Company hires the best possible talent in alignment with business objectives.Below Are The Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage an efficient and effective full-cycle recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and hiring needs, including posting and marketing of open jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in hiring decisions and extending job offers.Create/update job descriptions.Conduct onboarding activities including new employee orientations.Efficiently and effectively source candidates to fill open positionsNetwork through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and employeesConduct prescreening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviewsCoordinate the disposition of candidates and maintain all pertinent applicant data in the Applicant Tracking SystemPrepare offer packages and complete preemployment activities such as drug testing, reference, and background checks for potential employeesOnboarding employees within our HRIS systemDevelop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable. Set continuous improvement goals.Coordinate and implement various recruiting initiatives, including identifying potential external job fairsCoordinate and lead on-site job fairsResearch and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingManage the use of external recruitersSupport various HR activitiesAny other duties as assignedRequired ExperienceA qualified candidate would fulfill these requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related fieldHR experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum of three years of talent acquisition experience preferredADP Workforce Now experience a plusExperience with recruiting; technical recruiting a plusProven candidate sourcing and relationship building skillsEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work with various departments and foster teamworkFlexibility and agilityBusiness acumenAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboardingSkills in database management and recordkeepingAbility to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources workExcellent organization skillsMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerGather and analyze information skillfullyBenefits And CultureAt MGS, we are a team of experienced professionals that enjoy what we do and each other's company.
