Job Description
National law firm headquartered in Boca Raton is seeking an Office Assistant to join our successful team! Our practice is limited to Social Security Disability and Veterans Law Nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
Document all activities in Prevail case management software
Bilingual is a plus
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office setting
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
