Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager – Land DevelopmentPhoenix, Arizona | Hybrid Flexibility AvailableA nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm is actively seeking a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to support the continued growth of its Land Development team in the Phoenix market.This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organization with a strong reputation, collaborative culture, and diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, mixed-use, residential, higher education, institutional, and industrial developments throughout Arizona and across the Southwest.ResponsibilitiesLead and support the design and execution of land development projects from concept through constructionPrepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design plansCoordinate with internal teams, clients, municipalities, and regulatory agenciesAssist with project management responsibilities including schedules, budgets, and client communicationMentor junior engineering staff and support overall team developmentSupport permitting efforts and agency coordination throughout the project lifecycleQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringPE license preferred (or ability to obtain)Experience within land development/site civil engineeringStrong technical background in:GradingDrainageUtilitiesSite layoutProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3DExperience working on commercial, mixed-use, residential, or institutional projects preferredStrong communication and client-facing skills
