Job Description Domino's Pizza is hiring a General Manager to lead store operations, staff, and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability. Responsibilities Oversee all activities during shifts, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to brand standards. Staff scheduling, training, payroll paperwork, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and procedural regulations. Handle marketing activities, promotional events, and store profitability. Perform inventory management, ordering, and stock replenishment for ingredients, supplies, and equipment. Manage cash handling, accurate monetary change, and financial reporting. Assist with delivery operations, including vehicle use, route planning, and driver management. Qualifications Minimum age of 18 with strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills required for cash handling, billing, and inventory calculations. Proficiency with computers, touch‑screen ordering systems, and mobile devices. Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict quality control standards. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties. Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Standing, walking, and working in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher. Handling and moving items up to 50 pounds, including ingredient cases and pizza trays. Flexibility to lift, carry, push, pull, and occasionally climb stairs or ladders. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and mechanical parts. Routine use of vision (near & mid‑range), depth perception, and sensory awareness for safe operation. Safety & Health Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Adhere to health regulations regarding food handling, storage, and cleanliness.
