Fundraising Analyst, CRM & Events

THE ROLEThis is an Analyst position sitting within a dynamic Brand and Marketing team at a leading global investment firm. The role focuses on supporting global fundraising initiatives, investor engagement, and large scale event coordination across an international platform.The position is fast paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while partnering with stakeholders across the business.Responsibilities include:Coordinating global roadshows and fundraising activities across multiple regions Supporting the planning and execution of due diligence processes and investor meetings Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication Assisting in the delivery of investor events, including large annual meetings and conferences Supporting virtual events and broader conference participation Maintaining high quality documentation, communications, and tracking across all activitiesTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate has experience in investor relations, fundraising coordination, or a similar role within financial services or a fast paced corporate environment.
