Dishwasher - RDG Venues

Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Dishwashers to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment in a fast-paced luxury dining setting. This role supports the kitchen team by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and ready for use, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Your Role Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area at all times. Properly sort and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. Assist with trash removal and recycling as needed. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Supervisor. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager. Work collaboratively with team members to support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation. This is not an exhausted list of job responsibilities. Requirements Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing 4050 lbs. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to follow instructions and take direction. Team player with good communication skills. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
