Meyer, Miami, and Daytona areas. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned geographic region by promoting and selling ICP Medical’s portfolio of infection control and healthcare worker protection products. This role focuses on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, increasing product adoption, and ensuring exceptional customer support.The Territory Sales Manager serves as the primary point of contact for acute and post-acute healthcare facilities, distribution partners, and key decision‑makers within the territory. We are seeking individuals with strong business acumen, energy, sales skills and territory-management proficiency.More specifics about the role requirements:Sales & Territory ManagementDevelop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within hospitals, outpatient facilities, long term care, ambulatory surgery centers and other healthcare environments.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.Conduct regular in facility visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and supply chain partners.Provide ongoing product support, training, and education to clinical and non clinical staff.Monitor customer purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities and prevent attrition.Product ExpertiseMaintain expert level knowledge of ICP Medical’s infection prevention product lines—including privacy curtains, PPE apparel and organizers, gowns and scanners.Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and address clinical and operational objections.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to share market insights and customer feedback.Market IntelligenceStay current on competitive activity, industry trends, GPO contracts, and purchasing behavior within healthcare facilities.Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, pipeline activity, and account updates.Prepare weekly and monthly territory reports, revenue forecasts, and expense submissions.Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.CollaborationWork closely with internal teams—including customer service, product management, marketing, and operations—to ensure seamless customer experience.Participate in cross functional meetings to support product launches and strategic initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree 2+ years of medical sales experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and pivot tablesExperience with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsTo expand your career with us, apply today!Cordica Medical is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
