Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of engaging with senior financial executives. A deep understanding of revenue cycle, including reimbursement, denials, and complex claim categories, is essential. The role demands a tech-forward mindset, with proficiency in virtual platforms and Salesforce CRM, as well as exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
