Job DescriptionWho We AreThe Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Dietary Supervisor at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.As The Junior Recruiter at The Allure Group, you'll assist in identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our facilities. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage job postings, and conduct initial candidate screenings. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare staffing requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Duties and Responsibilities:Source and pipeline talent from various industries and backgrounds, such as; healthcare professionals, corporate and management, dietary and kitchen personnel, housekeeping and recreation. GTM recruitment (go to market recruitment) Assist HR with verbal and written job offers Utilize the ATS software for job postings, evaluating applications and general communication and on-boarding for new employees. Screen and interview candidates via multiple touchpoints (telephone, MS Teams, Zoom and in-person) Provide weekly recruitment reports to department heads and Director of Recruitment Collaborate regularly with the facilities HR teams to ensure the hiring strategy is effective Job posting management, ensuring posts and requisitions are regularly monitored Plan, execute and attend in-person and virtual hiring events Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media team to stay consistent with employer branding and job advertising Assist the Director of Recruitment with HR and Recruitment project work. All other duties as assigned Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in a Recruitment or HR Coordinator role, preferably in healthcare Experience working with an ATS is beneficial Experience in GTM (Going to Market) recruitment High School Diploma Able to commute across NYC Company DescriptionFounded in 2011, The Allure Group began, as many companies do, as a solution to a problem.
