This team focuses on the complete user journey throughout our products including onboarding, purchasing, and user activation. We practice data-driven decision-making and emphasize experimentation. In this role, you will focus on activating users post-purchase and supporting our 3rd party library integrations. Growth engineers on our team have ownership and autonomy to create, develop, and analyze their work in the context of the team and greater company objectives. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company focused on impacting the business, working with new technologies, and solving hard problems.What You'll DoEssential Job Duties & FunctionsDevelop new user-facing features in our iOS app using SwiftWrite quality code, tests and review pull requests promptlyParticipate in the iOS team architecture and code standard discussionsMaintain 3rd party library integrations: Braze, Mparticle.Create ideas and solutions that pertain to your team’s quarterly missionCollaborate effectively with other team membersLead by example - embody our company valuesLearn how to use data analysis to identify opportunities for new experimentsLook for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation.What You’ll BringA minimum of four (4) years of professional software development experience is required, where iOS development was your professional focus for at least two (2) or more years.Experience with gRPC, Graphql, and/or RESTProficiency in GIT (particularly rebasing)You have a strong computer science foundationYou believe that your profession is a craft, and you’re driven to improve every dayYou are an advocate for the customer and their experienceYou want to work with other engaged, talented engineersYou want to mentor junior engineers and be mentored by other senior engineersYou write great codeYou get stuff doneYou take ownershipYou’re fun to work withAbility to travel bi-annually for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $119,000 to $140,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description.
