Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Job DescriptionPrimary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains distribution operations through daily maintenance, cleaning, and general repairs of warehouse facilities and Equipment.Collects feedback from management and participates in discussions around improvement projects and activities.Communicates in collaboration with department managers on instruction to ensure that associates are following training and safety standards.Compiles electronic records on maintenance projects within the distribution facility; provides status updates on project completion.Monitors the ongoing maintenance and service of equipment, forklifts, and/or vehicles within the distribution facility.Observes the distribution team and working conditions to determine if recommendations can be made to improve operations.Organizes facilities for the distribution department and conducts preventive maintenance activities.Performs work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments and follows routine maintenance schedules.Documents schematics to help maintenance technicians navigate through projects for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Some Specialized/Technical Training Required within some or all of the following areas:Low Volt/High Volt ElectricalMechanicalPneumaticHydraulicsHeavy Equipment RepairLock Out/Tag OutWeldingBlueprintsPrior Relevant Work Experience2+ YearsEssential QualificationsBasic awareness of problem solving and decision making skillsEssential QualificationsBasic awareness of problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to Work on a Team.Safety-Orientated MindsetAbility to Work in a Fast Paced EnvironmentReliable and AccountableRequired QualificationsAbility to read, write and count accuratelyAbility to lift 40+ lbs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendanceYou should be comfortable working in warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyors Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlinesAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is:$17.00 - $25.65This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
