(W2)Length: May 2026 to November 2026 with possible extensionRole OverviewThe Franchise Account Executive is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise restaurant franchise accounts. This role manages franchise-level advertising strategy, partners closely with enterprise account teams, and helps scale advertising and promotions adoption across franchise organizations.This position is well-suited for a consultative seller who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building new processes while delivering measurable revenue impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage advertising strategy across franchisees within a defined portfolio of enterprise restaurant accountsOwn the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, outreach, pitching, campaign execution, reporting, and upsellDrive revenue growth through both new business development and expansion of existing franchise relationshipsSpend significant time on prospecting, contact mapping, pipeline management, and client meetingsPartner with enterprise account executives to develop and execute franchise-focused advertising strategiesHelp define go-to-market strategy and build playbooks to scale ads and promotions across franchise systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product teamsRepresent advertiser feedback and insights to inform product and roadmap decisionsDevelop pitch materials, sales processes, and best practices to support team scalabilityUse data and performance insights to guide recommendations aligned with advertiser goalsRequirements3-5 years of experience in technology sales; digital media or advertising experience preferredStrong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex sales cyclesWorking knowledge of digital advertising measurement, including attribution and funnel metricsAbility to use data and insights to inform strategy and recommendationsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectivelyComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing short- and mid-term prioritiesExperience working directly with restaurant advertisers or similar verticals preferredĀ Russell Tobin offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), a 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, identity theft protection, legal support, auto and home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with some preferred vendors.JD-#E2EProf
