Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver tailored nursing care aligned with each client's care plan.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, under RN supervision.Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks.Maintain and monitor medical equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.Manage and organize medical supplies, including reordering as necessary.Assist clients with attending medical appointments, ensuring continuity of care.Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervising RN.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
