In this role, you will receive urgent and non-urgent calls and make quick decisions to ensure the proper action is taken. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.ResponsibilitiesReceive inbound callsCollect and document information from callersOrganize and maintain active scheduleTransmit information to the appropriate chauffeur or affiliateMonitor status of chauffeursQualificationsHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar positionExcellent typing and data entry skillsUnderstanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projectsAbility to work well under pressureThis is a remote position.
