About Us:We are a fast-growing real estate startup building a modern platform that helps buyers save money by simplifying the home buying process.Role Overview:We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of our website from the ground up. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring a seamless, scalable, and user-friendly experience.Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain web applications (front-end & back-end)Develop features such as map-based listings, user dashboards, PDF automation, and secure data handlingCollaborate on product design, architecture, and scalability decisionsEnsure high performance, security, and responsiveness across the platformIntegrate with APIs, databases, and third-party servicesQualifications:Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSSExperience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js or similar)Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, or similar frameworksKnowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or similar)Familiarity with authentication, security, and scalability best practicesBonus: experience with real estate platforms, GIS/map integrations, or PDF automationWhat We Offer:Opportunity to build a product from the ground upDirect impact on shaping the future of the companyFlexible work environment and growth potentialMeaningful equity in the companyJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceWork Location: In person, Seattle
