This role is essential to maintaining and expanding our client relationships, ensuring we continue delivering top-notch services and solutions to our valued clients. Job Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing DSIG’s client accounts, focusing on our Public Sector clients. This role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for business growth, and supporting recruiting and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Account Management:Maintain and grow assigned Public Sector accounts.Conduct quarterly TEAMS meetings with existing and potential new clients in the Public Sector.Meet face-to-face with local clients every quarter when possible.Conduct monthly TEAMS meetings with assigned consultant staff members.Lead the onboarding process for new staff members selected by the client.Work with DSIG resources to manage internal financial, HR, and client issues.Collaborate closely with DSIG’s internal recruiting team and Human Resources.Provide regular pipeline updates and participate in bi-weekly pipeline calls.Participate in daily recruiting calls and conferences as needed.Contribute to the creation of PowerPoint presentations and brochures. Recruiting & Sourcing:Identify recruiting opportunities for assigned clients.Review and understand technical job requirements across industries.Work with additional DSIG Recruiters to source, screen, and submit candidates.Develop and grow a strong pipeline of candidates through referrals, networking, etc.Identify qualified candidates through various creative outlets (job boards, networking groups, social media, LinkedIn, etc.), as appropriate.Engage in communication with potential candidates regarding staffing needs.Schedule and screen candidates through phone screening, video conferencing, or in-person meetings to assess their qualifications.Ensure Candidate Resume Submission Packages are complete, accurate, and properly formatted to meet DSIG and Client submission standards and expectations.Submit potential candidates for client review.Prepare and debrief candidates before and after client interviews.Follow-up with candidates regarding requisition and candidate statuses.Participate in daily meetings and calls with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered, and potential closes are managed successfully. Sales:Timely responses and follow-up phone, email, and in-person inquiries if needed.Support research and reporting on sales-related items and opportunities via online, phone, and/or email.Support collection of metrics, dashboard, and talent analytics gathering.Secure management approvals/signatures.Utilize DSIG online collaboration and conferencing tools (MS Teams, Instant Messaging, Skype, Zoom, etc.).Adhere to all established DSIG processes that support Recruiting/Sourcing, Sales, Proposal Development, Meetings, Reporting, and Administration.Assist with, document, share, and enhance processes as requested by management.Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the office and during all meetings with clients, staff, or prospective consultants. This includes live and video meetings. Skills and Experiences Needed: Required Experience as a Business Developer in State and Local Government Excellent writing and oral communication skills Proven Record with Past Sales  Account Management Client Relationship Management IT Consulting Experience Recruiting and Sourcing Process Experience Technical Job Requirements Understanding Experience creating and editing Proposals and Candidate Submission Packets.
