Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrub Technician based in San Antonio, TX. The Scrub Technician will be responsible for preparing laboratory environments, maintaining and sterilizing equipment, assisting medical professionals during training events, and ensuring compliance with all lab safety protocols. The role also involves inventory management, including the organization and stocking of lab supplies, as well as supporting overall cadaver procedure setups for educational and research purposes. Qualifications Knowledge of sterilization techniques, aseptic procedures, and infection control principlesExperience in laboratory environments, including equipment handling and maintenanceStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspaceEffective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with medical professionals and staffUnderstanding of anatomy and familiarity with healthcare or lab environments is preferredAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving lab materials and standing for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a laboratory or medical setting is an advantage
