Employees are given the opportunity to work in an environment fostering skill development and career growth.Role Description (We are eager to fill this position) We are currently looking to add a full-time position for a Claim Intake Support Specialist at our Prairieville, LA office with flexible work hours between 30-40 hours per week. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome oriented. They must be reliable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Responsibilities & Requirements:Inputting new claims into claims management systemCommunicating with clientsProvide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to managementMaintain electronic filing systemOpen, sort and distribute incoming correspondenceAssist claims adjusters and administrators with daily support tasksAnswer calls from customers regarding their inquiriesEnter claim information and documents into claims softwarePrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsMaintain office supplies for departmentQualifications: High school diploma/technical school graduate/associate degree/college student/college graduateMust be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work at least 30 to 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible)Salary depends on skills and experience.
