Overview
As a PE Structural Engineer, you will ensure the structural integrity, safety, and efficiency of design and construction, providing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
· Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the United States.
· Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Spanish is highly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and industry best practices.
*Technical Expertise*
· Structural analysis and design.
· Design of reinforced concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures.
· Seismic and wind load design.
· Foundation design and basic geotechnical engineering principles.
· Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes and standards, including:
· ASCE 7
· ACI 318
· AISC 360
· TMS 402
· Applicable local building codes

· ETABS
· SAP2000
· SAFE
· RAM Structural System
· RISA
· AutoCAD
· Revit
Duties
· Sign and seal structural drawings in accordance with applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
· Ensure all structural designs comply with governing codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
· Lead and oversee structural engineering projects while assuming technical and professional responsibility for approved calculations, designs, and engineering documents.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
· Prepare and review structural calculations, technical specifications, engineering reports, and design documentation.
· Maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and engineering practice.
· Stay current with continuing education requirements and maintain an active PE license as required by the applicable jurisdiction.

· Leadership skills with experience supervising engineering teams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
