Dog Walker/Pet Sitter

Position: Dog Walker Location: Cherry Hill and surrounding areas within a 10 mile radius Hours: Part time for supplemental income. Some weekends, Holidays & flexibility is a must! Responsibilities include but not limited to: Walk dogs individually or in small groups, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Provide exercise, companionship, and mental stimulation through engaging activities during walks. Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding routes, pace, and any special care needs. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, including proper waste disposal, during walks. Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing updates and feedback as needed. Scooping of kitty litter during cat care Requirements: Genuine love and understanding of dogs, with experience handling various breeds and temperaments preferred. Reliable and punctual and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the well-being of animals. Ability to maintain control in various situations, including encounters with other animals and distractions. Physically fit and capable of walking for extended periods in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required.
