Pay or shift range: $63,757.82 USD to $102,021.09 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Description
As our Program Supervisor for our School Based Serves you will be the primary point of communication, provides oversight, and makes recommendations regarding program needs, requirements, and development. This position is responsible for training of personnel involved in the program as well as working with the Program Manager to hire staff. You will ensure that the program is sensitive to cultural awareness and diversity among staff and clients.
You Will:
Attend school plan meetings and provide oversight for these agreements with schools
Plan, organize, evaluate, and coordinate the daily operations of the program.
Responsible for the scheduling of program activities and staff.
Act as the point person for internal and external communication regarding the program.
Regularly collaborate among and between internal and external staff at all levels to manage and enhance professional relationships within the center and with partner agencies
Represent MHP at external meetings and conferences related to the program
As A Supervisor:
Hire and develop a diverse staff who possess a wide range of abilities and professional competencies to deliver effective service
Lead regular and frequent staff meetings to promote team work, sustain an aligned and energized work force, promote communication and provide team direction
Coach and develop your team regarding performance, professional development, and participation meetings and committees
Provide guidance to staff for accountability regarding compliance
Provide supervision to assist your team with goals, priorities and general approach to services
What We Need:
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2 year internship and three (3+) years prior experience in a clinical setting OR: Related PhD or PsyD plus three (3+) years prior experience in a clinical setting
Licensed PhD or PsyD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)
Two (2+) years previous supervisory experience
Two (2+) years experience working in School Based environment
Experience with children, youth and families
Experience with treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm/chronic suicidality, and crisis.
Experience in SFBT, MI, DBT, CBT, and Play Therapy
Knowledge of child and adolescent development and family systems theory
