Lead EVMS Program Schedule Colorado Springs, CO

Overview Lead EVMS Scheduler – Colorado Springs Co Onsite / Hybrid – Active Secret or higher Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and mentorship to schedulers and other team members on best practices and EV principles. Develop and deliver training to project personnel on program requirements and scheduling best practices. Ensure schedules comply with program guidelines, assist with implementation, and provide accurate schedule deliverables to customers. Ensure schedulers develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other documentation supporting contract deliverables. Build, manage, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality products that are reliable for near-real-time decision making. Provide direct support to Account Managers, Project Managers, and contract leadership performing in-depth financial analysis. Manage a complex, discrete resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule consisting of Level of Effort (LOE) and multiple independent project schedules. Lead month-end updates (establishing new baselines, capturing approved baseline changes, status and forecast updates) to support the monthly IPMR cycle. Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and address potential problems. Lead efforts to improve scheduling processes, design and evaluate new tools, and provide technical support for complex scheduling issues. Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, schedule risk assessments, and other schedule analyses to optimize project performance. Create, baseline, and update integrated project schedules, develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and integrate them with program reporting data. Qualifications 15+ years experience with EVMS, with several of this experience as a Lead. Experience building, managing, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality products that are reliable for near-real-time decision making. Experience providing direct support to Account Managers, Project Managers, and contract leadership performing in-depth financial analysis. Experience managing a complex, discrete resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule consisting of Level of Effort (LOE) and multiple independent project schedules.
