Overview / Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Logistics Driver Manager to oversee daily delivery operations and support our team of drivers. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, great communication, and the ability to step in for coverage when needed. You will assign routes, monitor performance, ensure on-time operations, and help keep vehicles ready each morning. This role requires a commitment to efficiency, safety, and excellent service. Duties Assign daily delivery routes and make sure all drivers dispatch on time Monitor driver progress, check-ins, and overall delivery performance Safely operate company vehicles when stepping in for route coverage Add fuel to company vehicles in the morning when required Ensure drivers follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures Provide guidance and support to drivers, maintaining a professional and positive environment Maintain accurate records through company apps, including tracking deliveries, attendance, and reporting any issues Assist with warehouse tasks during downtime, including organizing inventory and supporting morning dispatch Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff to resolve issues quickly Help train and onboard new drivers to company standards Requirements Proven experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or delivery Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with warehouse operations, route planning, and navigation systems Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift packages and perform physical tasks when assisting with deliveries Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail Ability to work early mornings and respond quickly to operational challenges Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 per month Benefits: Company truck Fuel card Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Palm Beach, FL 33415
