Labor & Employment Associate (3–5+ Years) – San FranciscoA highly regarded Bay Area law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its sophisticated San Francisco practice.This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with employers on a broad range of employment counseling, litigation, investigations, and workforce management matters in a collaborative and highly respected environment.Key Responsibilities• Handle employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff, complex, and class/PAGA actions• Advise employers on employment law compliance and day-to-day HR matters• Conduct and support sensitive workplace and HR investigations• Counsel clients on terminations, reductions in force, leave/accommodation issues, wage & hour matters, and employee relations concerns• Assist clients with workforce strategy and traditional labor mattersQualifications• 3–5+ years of labor & employment experience• Experience with both counseling and litigation strongly preferred• Internal investigations and wage/hour experience highly valued• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills• California Bar admission requiredCompensation• Competitive compensation structure with salary ranging approximately $235,000–$275,000+ depending on experience and class yearThis is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking sophisticated work, direct client exposure, strong mentorship, and long-term growth within a well-regarded platform.
