Nurse on premises 5 days a week Nurse Practitioner on premises 1 day a week Holiday pay after 30 Days Referral and Attendance Bonus Key Responsibilities: Ensure food safety, quality, and legality. Responsible for loading and unloading trucks and product transportation as required Handle pallets, boxes, labels, and required equipment properly Clean, maintain, and organize the required equipment, area, and trailers properly Assist in other departmental areas as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments; ability to work in all weather conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work in cold temperatures (usually 0-45 degrees Fahrenheit) Skills and Knowledge: Oral communication Good character Basic knowledge of process tracking Adherence to Company policies and standards Forklift and pallet jack training and certification Advanced knowledge of departmental areas and procedures Knowledge of GMPs, dress code, and safety rules Core Competencies Integrity Simplicity Discipline Teamwork Servant Leadership Job Specific Competencies Detail oriented Focus Multi-task Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
