Criteria Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and court filings. File documents with courts and administrative agencies (electronically and in person). Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and hard copy. Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, deadlines, depositions, and meetings. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel. Assist with trial and hearing preparation, including preparation of exhibits and trial notebooks. Assist with submitting expenses and time entries and assist with billing-related tasks. Provide general administrative support and assist with other duties as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in a professional administrative role or as a legal assistant preferred. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems and e-filing is a plus. Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
