Program Manager Location: Columbus, OH - OnsiteFocus: 70% Project Management / 30% Practice Improvement SupportJob DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support project management activities and practice improvement initiatives. This role will primarily focus on managing Information Technology projects while also providing support for practice development and continuous improvement efforts.The ideal candidate will have experience managing and implementing a variety of IT solutions, including on-premise, SaaS, and hosted solutions.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of project management experience implementing Information Technology solutions.Minimum 2 years of experience implementing both on-premise solutions and SaaS/hosted solutions.Strong ability to manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.Highly Desired QualificationsExperience with Planview PPMP.Experience in practice development and improvement.Key Focus Areas70% – Project ManagementManage IT solution implementation projects.Coordinate project activities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.Support implementation of on-premise, SaaS, and hosted technology solutions.30% – Practice Improvement Support- Support practice development and improvement initiatives.Assist with identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
