Able to Independently manage performance engineering teams2. Hands on experience in conducting tool evaluations3. Ability to review & develop quantitative performance test requirements4. Preparation of Performance test plan & test report5. Indentify the performance Bottleneck analysis skills (Profiling & Diagnostics)6. Knowledge on Preparation of performance scripts covering stress and endurance tests7. Knowledge on NeoLoad, HP Mercury tools - Load Runner & Performance Center Test Execution skills or equivalent.8. Knowledge in at least performing bottleneck analysis in various Operating systems (Windows 2003, Unix, Aix & Solaris) and various protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, Citrix, etc).Preferred Skills1. Should be able to Manage multiple projects from inception to post implementation using performance engineering methodologies.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills3. Excellent teamwork skills.4.
