Receptionist/CSR

Grable Plumbing, a family owned and operated plumbing service company, is looking for a customer service representative/out bounding . This position is responsible for answering incoming and making out going calls from/to our customers, entering customer information, and data entry. This is a full-time hourly position with pay dependent on experience. You must be able to work in a team environment, be detailed oriented and able to multitask. Responsibilities include: Answer phones promptly and professionally Communicate directly with customers Work with and maintain customer database Computer knowledge a must. E-mail, Microsoft Word, Etc.
