Employee Relations Associate

A nonprofit organization in California is actively seeking a new Employee Relations Associate to join their team at either their Los Angeles or San Diego location.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard business (35 hours per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)Setting: Hybrid (at least 2 days a week onsite)Locations: San Diego, CA or Los Angeles, CA (NYC could be considered)Length: Temp to permResponsibilities:Responding to employee concerns about working conditions and policy violationsDrafting investigation-related documents with minimal supervisionManaging requests for reasonable accommodationsProviding consultation regarding policies and corrective actionsReviewing corrective actions and assisting managers with separationsPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:2+ years of Human Resources experienceBachelor's DegreeExperience with Employee InvestigationsKnowledge of Employment LawsProficient in Monday.comGreat interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Employee Relations or similar rolesAdvanced DegreeCertifications in HR ManagementExperience in Internal Investigations
