Continuous Improvement Engineer-Kitting & Fulfillment

OverviewProductiv Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our high-volume kitting and assembly operations in Dallas, TX. Spanning two fulfillment centers and over 500,000 sq. ft., this role is key to driving efficiency, productivity, and throughput across 12 manual assembly lines, as well as supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) fulfillment and B2B distribution operations.This is a hands-on role where you will lead Lean optimization initiatives, improve workstation ergonomics, balance labor, reduce cycle times, and support the rollout of automation, computer vision systems, and cobot integration. Partnering closely with warehouse teams, supervisors, and corporate engineering, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize line throughput using Lean methodologies.Conduct time and motion studies to eliminate waste and resolve bottlenecks.Collaborate with operations teams to standardize best practices across all lines.Lead cobot and automation implementation, including operator training and integration.Partner with IT to deploy vision systems for quality assurance, data capture, and productivity tracking.Monitor and report KPIs such as line performance, cycle times, labor productivity, and throughput.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through efficiency and process flow improvements.Act as a change agent, communicating improvement plans and securing team buy-in.Support teams on both day and night shifts to ensure consistent performance.Candidate ProfileLean-minded and entrepreneurial, thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.Strong background in fulfillment, manual assembly, kitting, or high-volume packaging operations.Experience with cobot deployment, automation, or vision systems is a plus.Hands-on leader with proven ability to drive initiatives independently.Excellent cross-functional communicator with operators, supervisors, and technical teams.Flexible and responsive; able to support day and night shift operations as needed.Work EnvironmentLocation: Dallas, TX (near DFW Airport) with travel between two fulfillment centers.Collaborative, high-energy team culture with opportunities to make an immediate impact.Career growth opportunities across continuous improvement, multi-site operations, or leadership roles within Productiv Inc.✅ Apply today and help us drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in one of the fastest-growing fulfillment operations in the region!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
