At the same time, we never lose sight of what matters most: our clients come first.What we are looking for:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to provide administrative and case support to our legal team in handling pre-litigation matters.What you bring to the team:Excellent written and verbal communication skills requiredDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesStrong communication and people skillsWell-organizedThe ability to multi task in a fast-paced environmentComfort in online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Suite etc.)Must pass a background checkBilingual (English/Spanish) required. This position involves frequent communication with Spanish-speaking clients, including client intake, case updates, and general support.
