The individual will be a reliable and detail-oriented event support intern to assist with event preparation and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and contributing to well-organized, engaging events. the individual will gain:Hands-on experience supporting event operations.Exposure to event planning and coordination processes.Opportunity to develop organizational and administrative skills.Role And ResponsibilitiesCreate, print, and organize name badges for eventsAssemble and prepare gift bags and event materialsPerform data entry and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or internal systemsAssist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as neededProvide general support to the events and marketing teamMinimum QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiencyBasic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools)Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directionsPositive attitude and willingness to support team needs Progress Review Weekly check‑ins to review progress, discuss questions, and provide guidanceOngoing monitoring of task completion and development of new skills What Makes Fremont Bank Associates Thrive?
