Job Title: Security Guard - Residential Community (Stanton, CA) Company: Verifix Security Location: Stanton, California Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / On-call Schedule: 24/7 Availability - Open Shifts Schedule: Saturday 11pm- 7am Graveyard Sunday and Monday: 7PM - 3AM Parking Enforcement Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour to start, with performance-based raises every 6 months About Verifix Security Verifix Security is a professional security services provider dedicated to protecting residential communities throughout Orange County. Position Overview We're seeking dependable, tech-savvy Security Guards to join our team in Stanton, CA. As a community guard, you will monitor access points, check in residents and guests via our software portal, patrol common areas, and respond to incidents according to established protocols. Key Responsibilities Operate security software to register and check in residents, guests, vendors, and delivery drivers Patrol community grounds (foot and vehicle) to deter and detect unauthorized activity Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, reporting irregularities immediately Enforce community rules and regulations professionally and courteously Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately and on time Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed Minimum Qualifications Valid California Guard Card (BSIS) — must be active and in good standing Open availability: able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays Proficient with basic computer and mobile security software (training provided) Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and DMV record review Reliable transportation to and from Stanton, CA What We Offer Competitive hourly wage: $17.00-$19.00 to start Performance reviews and raises every 6 months Paid training, including software/system onboarding Opportunities for shift premiums and overtime Health, dental, and vision benefits (for full-time employees) Uniform and equipment provided How to Apply 1.
