Automation Process Controller | 1st Shift | Monday to Friday | 8 am to 430 pm

Warehouse Operations Technician This role requires strong technical aptitude and comfort working with automated systems, warehouse control software, and operational data. While technology is a major component of the position, this is not a desk-based role. The individual in this position will be expected to be active on the warehouse floor, working alongside operations and technical teams to support system performance and throughput.This is a hands-on role within a brand-new automated facility and plays a critical part in overall site success. Candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands of walking, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is highly visible and essential to maintaining operational flow, system reliability, and customer commitments.Plan and virtually monitor all warehouse processes to ensure products are completed on time. Troubleshoot defective equipment/systems and partner with appropriate department for resolution, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.Key Duties And Responsibilities Plan and virtually monitor all warehouse processes for accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completionEnsure optimal product flow to meet operational throughputMonitor system downtime and supply improvement plansEnsure maximum use of system capacity; including identifying and mitigating systematic bottlenecksParticipate in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for complex control system related issuesPartner with technical team to develop best practices for automated warehouse operationsAdditional Duties And Responsibilities 1-year automated warehouse facility experienceExperience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve or help others resolve equipment and process issuesExcellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguityDemonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilitiesMay require ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gearAbility to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loudWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
