By connecting people with products and services in new and unexpected ways, we strive to inspire people to make their dream homes a reality.Competitive Pricing AnalystCompetitive Pricing Analysts will: gather competitor’s price, product assortment and promotion data; analyze competitive information and prepare reports and presentations for senior management; work with Demand Management Strategists, Analysts & Buyers and incorporate competitive pricing intelligence into the company’s pricing strategies, learn and follow all guidelines for reference prices.What You Will DoResponsible for pricing of goods in order to stay competitive in the market.Conducts market research and makes recommendations regarding pricing policies.Maintains historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors.Responsible for learning and maintaining all guidelines for adding reference prices.Pricing Intelligence Analysts will learn and apply new skills as required to ensure the company’s success Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.Follow legal policies as directed.What You Should HaveHigh energy level; creative thinking; ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment; great communication and interpersonal skills.Must be comfortable with web browsing, running computer applications, and repetitive workStrong organizational skills, close attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines2-4 years experience in a retail environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with web browsing and running computer applications.
