Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential interior and exterior doors with precision and efficiencyPerform accurate measurements, adjustments, and finishing to ensure proper fit and functionMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in occupied homesCommunicate professionally with homeowners and project contactsFollow installation specifications, safety standards, and company proceduresProtect customer property and finishes throughout the installation processUse company-provided vehicles, tools, and technology responsiblyTravel to project sites as required, with per diem provided when applicableRepresent By-Tor Contracting Inc. professionally at all times QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience specializing in residential door installationStrong knowledge of interior and exterior door systemsProfessional demeanor with excellent customer-facing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a field teamAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipValid driver's license with a clean driving recordEPA Lead Certification required (assistance available to obtain if needed)Non-union experience requiredA professional review will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws Compensation & Benefits$60,000 - $70,000 per year, paid bi-weekly1 week of PTO.
