Accounting Operations Team Lead

A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Team Lead. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance and training to a team of 7-10 Specialists, assisting with onboarding and identifying knowledge gaps Manage and prioritize ticket queues in ServiceNow, ensuring high productivity and timely support for attorneys and clients Resolve advanced or sensitive billing and accounting inquiries that require a higher level of expertise Required Qualifications At least 5 years of accounting or billing experience within a law firm environment Proficiency in Aderant and strong Excel skills (pivots and filters) Prior experience as a Team Lead or in a formal mentorship/supervisory capacity (minimum 6 months to 1 year) Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive financial information with discretion
