The Greystone Inn, a premier lakeside luxury resort nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the property. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring strong operational performance, team engagement, and financial success.The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for service excellence, team development, and operational integrity. This individual will set the tone for the property, uphold the high standards of the Greystone Inn brand, and foster a culture of hospitality and accountability across all departments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, direction, and support to department leaders and team members across the propertyOversee all daily operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest servicesManage financial performance including budgeting, payroll oversight, forecasting, and revenue optimizationRecruit, hire, and onboard new team members while maintaining a strong culture of hospitality and accountabilityDevelop, coach, and mentor employees to support professional growth and high performanceEnsure service standards and operational excellence are consistently deliveredMaintain strong guest satisfaction through attentive service, problem resolution, and proactive communicationCollaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and property goalsQualificationsProven leadership experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort managementStrong operational and customer service backgroundDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teamsExperience managing budgets, payroll, revenue performance, and forecastingStrong administrative and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to maintain high service standards in a luxury or boutique hospitality environmentAbout The Greystone InnLocated on the shores of Lake Toxaway, The Greystone Inn is one of North Carolina's most distinguished resort destinations, known for its timeless charm, exceptional service, and unforgettable guest experiences.
