If a fast-paced, challenging position with a physician who is very down-to-earth and passionate about dermatology and skincare sounds like the right fit for you, please submit your resume today!Position Activities and Responsibilities:· Greet and welcome guests.· Assure an excellent first and lasting impression.· Know products, communicate benefits, explain and schedule treatments effectively and professionally.· Oversee and maintain the boutique and assure beautiful presentation and profitability.· Communicate with other team members and coordinate work activities and guest flow within the facility.· Maintain the reception areas, waiting area, lounge, women’s dressing area, men’s locker room and any other guest areas· Accurately schedule and confirm guest reservations· Manage multiple phone lines/ Monitor voicemail· Cash drawer management· Greet and check guests in and out· Accurately and efficiently enter guest information into software· Explain financial agreement and all relevant documents to guests as needed· Maximize sales performance by giving guests tours of Windy Ridge Skin Care Centre· Use products for first hand recommendations· Have a clear understanding of the menu· Accurately enter point of sale data and efficiently check out guests· Promote treatments and gift cards and advise on gift selection· Promote skin care center to medical guests· Maintain a cheerful attitude AT ALL TIMES (even with difficult, unhappy, or rude guests) in person and on the telephone· Facilitate effective workflow for both medical and aesthetics teams· Attend and participate in all general and team meetings/trainings· Maintain a polished and professional image· Assist other team members when asked or as needed· Able to perform other duties when necessary· Ability to communicate with guests· Ability to stand for extended periods of timeDesired Qualifications:· Experience in front line guest service (hospitality and retail highly desired)· High school diploma or equivalent· Basic computer skills and aptitude for mastering the software· Ability to recommend treatments and products· Flexible schedule· Professional image with gracious, warm, and genuine personality· Skin care knowledge and understanding· Good organizational skills and follow-through
