Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage calendar scheduling for appointments and meetings.
Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide support for office management tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication capabilities with clients.
