Responsible Recruiter Part-Time Lobby Manager / Sales & Customer Service AssociateThe Little Gym is looking for an outgoing, high-energy team member to join our front desk and customer experience team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, creating a fun atmosphere, and helping families find the right programs for their children.We are hiring for a Part-Time Lobby Manager / Sales & Customer Service Associate for evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities:Greet families and create a warm, welcoming lobby atmosphereProvide excellent customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email/text communicationSell memberships, classes, camps, and birthday parties to prospective customersAnswer questions and help families choose the right programManage front desk operations and point-of-sale (POS) systemProcess enrollments, payments, and account updatesSupport daily operations and keep the lobby organized and engagingBuild relationships with members and create an exceptional customer experienceAssist with promotions, events, and lead follow-upCreate and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokCapture photos/videos and help promote programs, events, and gym culture onlineQualifications:Strong communication and people skillsSales experience or confidence speaking with potential customers preferredCustomer service, retail, hospitality, theater, childcare, marketing, or front desk experience is a plusSocial media experience preferred, especially with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTokComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with an energetic and professional personalityBasic computer and POS system skillsReliable evening availabilityWeekend availability preferredSchedule:Part-timeEvening shiftsSome weekend availability preferredWhy You'll Love Working Here:Fun, upbeat work environmentFlexible part-time scheduleOpportunity to build sales, marketing, and leadership skillsMeaningful interaction with kids and familiesTeam-oriented atmosphere with growth opportunitiesIf you love connecting with people, creating engaging social media content, and delivering amazing customer experiences, we'd love to meet you!
