Senior Java Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer to lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of complex enterprise applications.The successful candidate will work independently on challenging software development initiatives, translating business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure application solutions.This role is heavily focused on Java web application development, with strong hands-on experience in JSP, Struts, Java, Hibernate, MVC, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle WebLogic. Minimum Experience7+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.At least 4 years of experience in a lead capacity.5+ years of Java development experience.2+ years of recent web application development experience using JSP and Struts 1 or 2.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is strongly preferred.Additional qualifying professional experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis, where permitted.
