Perform a variety of default loan servicing tasks within timelines and workflow processes on files. Processes are managed in accordance with established work rules, goals & objectives to improve timeline and attorney performance.What You'll DoService mortgage accounts to ensure a variety of foreclosure and bankruptcy activities are processed in compliance with all state and federal laws while maintaining compliance with Investor, Insurer, Agency and company guidelinesOrder, review and maintain loan documents to include signing of documents needed to proceed within the default processesConduct a complete review of files to ensure all default timeframes have been metManage default proceedings on assigned cases by interacting and instructing various parties such as mortgagors, attorneys, investors, insurers, trustees, appraisers and any other party involved with defaultMonitor vendor performance by reviewing all proceedings, records and timeframes in addition to working all system/database activities throughout the default processAudit accounts for expense compliance and ensures proper application to system of recordPerforms required research on any loan with questionable items such as the application of payments, proper notification, and any other situation that may ariseDiligently follow up on all outstanding requests and telephone calls from internal and external partnersManage exception reporting used as key controls for minimizing riskWhat You'll BringKnowledge and Skills/Technology UsedHigh School diploma or equivalentSome college preferred7+ years of directly related experienceStrong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular function/department/fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines and proceduresAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer serviceGSE and Government experienceMSP, BITB, and LoanSphere experienceKnowledge of advanced computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook experiencePay Range: $28.09 - $37.44 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
