Even with more than 8,500 people, 130 U.S. locations, and a global reach, we promise to know you and help you.CLA is dedicated to building a culture that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.CLA is currently seeking a Digital Growth Director State & Local Government to join our growing Digital Team.Job Description SummaryThe Digital Growth Director (DGD) works with our State & Local Government industry, geographic, and Digital service teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities for CLA digital products and services with accountability for a revenue goal.As a Digital Industry Director, you will:Build relationships with CLA family members to engage in seamless growth opportunities.Execute industry-specific strategy, playbook, and marketing plans.Stay updated on industry trends; contribute to solutions that address client needs.Qualify leads, participate in pursuit teams, and manage the sales cycle to close.Generate new client leads in the market: conferences, roundtables, events.Execute pre-sales activitiesscoping, pricing, and deal reviews.Transition won work to service delivery teams.Act as Digital relationship leader for select accounts.Maintain accurate activity and lead/opportunity qualification information in CRM.Supervise, mentor, and develop growth team members.Your experience likely includes:8 + years of sales or business development experienceBachelor's degree is required.
