Program Director

Ripple Effect Martial Arts is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Director to join our dynamic, family-oriented martial arts school. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in an energetic environment and is passionate about supporting both staff and students. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support to students and their families. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals. Drive sales and manage program enrollment. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents. Organize and manage tasks efficiently, balancing multiple responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Proven customer service and sales experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Experience working with children and creating a positive learning environment. Strong organizational skills and professionalism. Team-oriented with the ability to self-motivate and multitask. Preferred Qualifications: Interest or experience in martial arts is highly desirable but not mandatory. Opportunities for martial arts training are available. Schedule and Compensation: Full-time position. Evening and weekend availability required. Salary: $35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year, based on experience.
