This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in complex environments, drives cross functional collaboration, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.How you’ll Make an Impact: Manage the full project lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation through successful closureDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessmentsLead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external vendor resources to ensure successful project executionOversee scope management, change control processes, and risk mitigation strategiesMonitor and report on project performance, milestones, and deliverables against established plansCommunicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and senior leadershipFacilitate Agile and/or Waterfall project meetings, including stand-ups, status meetings, and retrospectivesSupport procurement activities, including development and execution of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processesLead project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and formal project transitionWhat Makes You a Great Fit5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in industrial, energy, or infrastructure environmentsDemonstrated expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and/or WaterfallProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platformsProven ability to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules effectivelyStrong risk management capabilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills across cross-functional teamsExperience working within regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy, healthcare, or financial services) preferredRequired QualificationsPMP Certification (required)Bachelor’s degreeAbility to pass background check and drug screeningG.D.
