Please review the job details below and then click “apply.” We're looking for someone to join our team as a Manager-Compliance: The Manager-Compliance reports to the Associate Director- Compliance & Risk Management and serves as a key support role in the administration of CSV’s Compliance and Risk Management Programs. This position assists with planning, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining organization-wide compliance and risk activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies. The Manager-Compliance supports audits, investigations, education and training, incident reporting, risk mitigation, and regulatory readiness, and acts as a resource to staff under the direction of the Associate Director. This role helps promote a culture of ethics, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Essential Functions: Coordinates and monitors compliance program and activities. If any misconduct or non-compliance is detected, recommend solutions, and follow up to ensure that recommendations have been implemented with the approval of the Associate Director of Compliance and Risk Management. Acts on behalf of the Associate Director- Compliance & Risk Management during periods of absence, providing continuity of compliance and risk management operations, addressing emergent issues, coordinating investigations and reporting, and escalating significant concerns to executive leadership as appropriate. Develops and coordinates compliance training and education programs. Ensures conformance with applicable laws, statutes, regulations, and internal policies and controls. Coordinates resources to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the Corporate Compliance Plan. Assures development of CSV’s Annual Compliance Work Plan with Associate Director- Compliance & Risk Management. Independently investigates and acts on matters related to compliance, including the flexibility to design and coordinate internal investigations (e.g., responding to reports of problems or suspected violations) and any resulting corrective action. Assisting the Associate Director- Compliance & Risk Management for compliance investigations relating to all departments, providers, agents and, if appropriate, independent contractors. You'll be successful with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business administration, law, or related field required, Master’s degree in business, law, or related field preferred. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in risk and compliance, preferably in a healthcare or regulated setting. Demonstrated organizational, management, supervisory, and teaching skills in a health care delivery organization. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal transportation. Must adhere to Clinica Sierra Vista’s employee health/immunization requirements or provide a valid exemption request for subsequent approval.
